DymondPly side wall panels come in a variety of sizes and profiles to plug into any dry van specification for new build or retrofit. From flat sheet and wide flange surface mount to our exclusive, fastener free, S-Flange snap-in panel, we have you covered. Eliminate the problems associated with traditional “rattle van” linings, and save weight by specifying DymondPly.

Front wall, ceiling and scuff liners

Engineered to handle maximum abuse, DymondPly front wall, ceiling and scuff liners replace plywood, recycled plastic, aluminum, and steel with a weight savings of up to 500 lbs. per trailer. DymondPly nose liners offer floor to ceiling protection with up to 8,000 lbs. puncture strength in the high impact areas, much higher than traditional front wall construction of recycled plastic, laminated hardwood, and plywood.

Flush Mount Liner

The Wide-Flange Surface Mount Liner incorporates an engineered offset to deliver added protection from cargo snagging and fastener shearing. The offset allows fasteners to be securely installed while keeping them out of harm’s way. Finally, the design keeps cargo and forklift traffic off the post edges with a flush mount design. DymondPly S-Flange Snap-In Liner

Ridge Corporation leverages its multi-layer thermoforming technology to offer the S-Flange Snap-In Liner; a tough, lightweight, fastener free lining. The anti-snag lining system will protect the posts while retaining its shape and properties throughout the harsh environmental conditions of the trailer’s life.
