Resilient, One Piece Construction
TransCore Marine™ is a single piece, engineered composite, structural, lightweight decking panel specifically designed for the Marine industry. Through thermal fusion processing, resilient continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic skins are consolidated to the foam core. This process creates one cohesive structure, available in sizes up to 103” wide and 60’ long. The surface of TransCore Marine™ features the Surlok™ surface treatment, providing exceptional bonding capability for the attachment of carpet to the show side and bonding to the aluminum structure underneath.
Reduce Install Time
TransCore Marine™ reduces cycle times and easily plugs into any manufacturing process or operation. The one piece construction eliminates the need to patch and sand seams and can be routed and cut with existing tools. The skins, paired with the foam core, provides excellent fastener retention and high compression strength. CNC routing services are available from Ridge to reduce install times even further!

TransCore Marine™ saves weight, will not absorb moisture, is impervious to mold, rot, mildew and insects and will not become brittle or degrade over time like traditional decking materials. TransCore Marine™ is also environmentally and regulation friendly, free from harmful chemicals, biproducts, and gases.
