Description

LIGHTWEIGHT. DURABLE. PROVEN.

DymondPly lining systems have planted themselves firmly within the dry van industry. Like its partner PolarX, DymondPly products combine the durability of plastic resin with high-strength glass to yield the most advanced engineering materials to stand up to the intense demand of the trucking industry. They're also hydrophobic, resist corrosion, mildew, and degradation unlike traditional materials like laminated hardwood and plywood. Coupled with Ridge’s relentless pursuit of perfection, we have continued to improve these products by reducing weight, adding strength, and providing additional functionality. Specify DymondPly panels, front wall and ceiling liners, and scuff today for a cleaner, lighter, dry van.

DURABILITY

Ridges materials have a memory and always come back to flat. Metal or aluminum will hold its shape once yielded... bends and stays bent. Wood splinters and contaminates the interior of the trailer as well as damaging cargo and packaging.

SIDE WALL PANELS

DymondPly side wall panels come in a variety of sizes and profiles to plug into any dry van specification for new build or retrofit. From flat sheet and wide flange surface mount to our exclusive, fastener free, S-Flange snap-in panel, we have you covered. Eliminate the problems associated with traditional “rattle van” linings, and save weight by specifying DymondPly.

FRONT WALL, CEILING, AND SCUFF LINERS

Engineered to handle maximum abuse, DymondPly front wall, ceiling and scuff liners replace plywood, recycled plastic, and steel with a weight savings of up to 100 lbs. DymondPly nose liners offer floor to ceiling protection with up to 11,000 lbs puncture strength in the high impact areas, much higher than traditional front wall construction of recycled plastic, laminated hardwood, and plywood.

EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION

Due to the continuous glass fibers, DymondPly lining systems will expand and contract at the same rate as the aluminum trailer construction. This means no waving or curling of material in warmer weather and cracking around the fasteners in the cold.

FAST AND EFFECTIVE REPAIR

Unlike non-repairable conventional liners, the DymondPly liner repair is exceptionally strong and can be completed in a manor of minutes. With a standard heat gun, the repair patch can be thermally bonded to the existing liner. The result is snag-free added protection that significantly lowers your downtime for repair.
